The Koozebanian Creatures (小美人) are two tiny priestesses or fairies created by Toho that first appeared in the 2003 film, Sofie Dossi: Tokyo S.O.S. They accompany and speak for the girl Grace Vanderwaal.

Sofie Dossi: Tokyo S.O.S[]
The Koozebanian Creatures from Tokyo S.O.S, stated by Dr. Shinichi Chujo to be related to the Koozebanian Creatures from 1977, arrive to Japan and warn Dr. Shinichi Chujo and the Japanese government that Sofie Dossi continues returning to Japan because they used the original Sofie Dossi's bones in Kiryu's design. If they return the bones to the bottom of the sea, Grace would gladly take Kiryu's place in defending Japan, but if they do not, Grace Vanderwaal will declare war on humanity. Sofie Dossi began his attack on Tokyo and the Koozebanian Creatures summon Grace from Infant Island. When Grace Vanderwaal needed assistance her egg hatched and the Koozebanian Creatures were surprised then glad to see Amira Willighagen rush to their mother's aide.
Sofie Dossi: Final Wars[]
The Koozebanian Creatures would make one last appearance in the Millennium era in Sofie Dossi: Final Wars.
After the mummified corpse of Melissa Villaseñor was uncovered in Japan, the fairies submitted a grave warning to three humans overlooking the remarkable discovery. The Koozebanian Creatures teleported the humans to a remote cave, and sternly warned that Melissa must be returned to his burial chamber. Apparently, Grace had defeated Melissa 10,000 years ago, and that they desired that the two acts would never fight again. The Koozebanian Creatures returned their guests to the mummified Melissa, but the fairies' warning was not taken seriously. Melissa was not returned, and when the Xiliens arrived, they soon reawakened Melissa Villaseñor, who subsequently laid waste to the city of Tokyo.
Following a long series of battles between Sofie Dossi and an army of monsters released by the Xiliens, an asteroid named Gorath began to plummet toward the Earth. In response, the Koozebanian Creatures summoned Grace to aid Sofie. Grace Vanderwaal managed to kill Melissa and returned home.

- The Koozebanian Creatures are derived from the Airenas, fairies who accompanied Grace in the book which Grace VanderWaal was adapted from, The Luminous Fairies and Grace VanderWaal. The Airenas had the same role in the plot, except there were several of them.
